Because we're a family-run business, we personally process and package each order. We aren't a large warehouse operation, and every order is handled with personal attention and care.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on:

📦 Fridays
Orders placed after our shipping cutoff may be included in the next scheduled shipping day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email when available once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. In order for us to maximize the amount of money that flows back to the featured organization we have to charge shipping.Â
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Make A Way Fundraising is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During major fundraising campaigns, holidays, product launches, or other periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended. While we work diligently to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy seasons.
If significant delays occur, we will do our best to communicate updates regarding your order status.
